Hassle-Free Claim Process:

If your Peachtree Product should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Do not return any damaged goods to our facilities until speaking with a customer service representative to assess the level of damage. This will eliminate any unnecessary shipping expenses.

All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment. For damaged shipments involving door-to-door delivery services or UPS, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prompt damage inspection.
